Tamdeen Group is set to launch Al Khiran, Kuwait's first hybrid outlet mall, aimed at combining retail with entertainment and technology. The mall, developed by Tamdeen Pearl, will span 350,000 square meters and feature over 300 shops, diverse dining options, and various entertainment experiences, including Kuwait's largest marina. Positioned in the rapidly developing Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City, Al Khiran is expected to cater to a large catchment area of approximately 4 million residents, while also attracting 2.5 million Saudi tourists. The project is part of Kuwait's broader Vision 2035, aiming to enhance the country's appeal as a shopping and leisure destination.
