Mr. Al Temiemy has been the CEO of First Bahrain since January 1, 2019. Previously, he served as Vice President in the Investment Banking Department at Global Investment House in Kuwait, where he was a key member of the team since 2003.
He possesses extensive expertise in investment analysis and management, having played a pivotal role in issuing and restructuring bonds exceeding USD 750 million, including serving as a bondholders' representative. Additionally, he arranged short-term customized financing transactions and syndications totaling approximately KD 700 million and acted as a financial advisor for a USD 600 million debt restructuring for an industrial company in Kuwait.
Mr. Al Temiemy's notable mergers and acquisitions experience includes advising on transactions valued at over USD 200 million across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leasing and financing, contracting, and food and beverages.
